Our dedicated Complete Project Management team has existing partnerships with industry stakeholders, enabling us to provide end-to-end project management of professional services for Class 2 builds and developments.  This is a new service we have developed in response to client feedback regarding turn-around times between services.  Our project management team gets you there faster.

Our skilled and efficient project managers come from a variety of professional backgrounds including engineering design, construction, transport, defence and aviation. They offer advice, assistance and services that ensure environmentally, socially and financially sustainable projects – delivered on time and on budget.

STAGE 1

Preliminary works (soil testing, level surveys and property information) to enable the preparation of working drawings and job costing / contract signing.

STAGE 2

Engineering design/building permit stage, which includes the engineering design (footing and structural design for the proposed structure), the building permit checking process and issuing of the building permit.

From understanding the requirement, developing solution concepts, and delivering initial economic and feasibility studies through to defining and implementing engineering design, construction, commissioning, handing over and operation, we support our clients at every step. Our Projects are delivered with ever increasing efficiency, in both time and money, with enhanced sustainability and a zero tolerance for unsafe and unhealthy practice.
