The term ‘Third Party Inspection,’ or TPI, is a specific term that is used for the services related to in-depth inspection by an independent and impartial, and qualified agency. Here, the inspections are conducted by a company. Generally, the buyers hire the service provider of Third-Party Inspection for Inspection of the products to verify that meets the quality / specification parameters as required. The TPI service provider also ensures that the manufacturers or supplier of products follow all the processes that meet the standards specification requirements in terms of the quality, Fitment, Performance or any other technical specification requirements including marking, packing etc. Apart from being independent, the Third-Party Inspection service providers need to be qualified and they must have the ability to conduct the whole inspection process impartially.

-Firewall Inspection
Firewall Inspection is carried out as per customer requirements after the company has done their Final Inspection. Fire wall inspection is done as per Agreement of Inspection (AOI) and as per sampling plan.
-Final Inspection
Final Inspection is carried out as per customer and / or organization’s requirements. Final Inspection is carried out as per Agreement of Inspection (AOI) that is agreed with the customer / organization. Normally Final Inspection is 100% on Visual parameters and as per inspection requirements for dimensional parameters
-Inprocess Inspection
Inprocess Inspection is carried out as per customer and / or organization’s requirements. Inprocess Inspection is carried out as per Control Plan and as per Inspection standards. First-off inspection is carried out and approval is provided for production. SPC is carried out for critical parameters and the same is monitored
-Process Audits
Process audits is carried out by qualified system / process auditors. Process audits is carried out based on CQI standards, customer specific requirements (CSR) and Control Plan requirements. Process audit reports is provided to the organization / customers and actions are implemented to correct the same (if required)
-Product Audits
Product audits are conducted by qualified inspectors / engineers at various stages of process and / or final stage of the process. Product audits is also carried out at packaging stage if required by the customer / organization
-Technical/T4S Audits
T4S regulations include the design, materials, fabrication, installation, inspection and testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, modifications and abandonment of CGD network for domestic, commercial and industrial users. It ensures that the company adheres by the technical requirement and the safety precautions during gas installation.
-Safety Audits
